At Baby Baby Yes Mama (BBYM), we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that the needs of babies and parents can change quickly, and we aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
Unused and in its original condition: It must be in the same state as you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
In its original packaging: This is crucial for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returned within 30 days of delivery: We cannot accept returns outside of this 30-day window.
For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following categories of items:
Personal Care and Hygiene Products: This includes, but is not limited to, breast pumps (and their parts), pacifiers, teethers, bottles, nipples, hair brushes, and skincare products. These items are final sale due to intimate hygiene concerns.
Opened or Used Products: Any product that has been opened, used, worn, or washed cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Clearance or Sale Items: These are purchased as-is and are final sale.
Gifted Items: Please see the section on gifts below.
Do not ship anything back to us without authorization. To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@babybabyyesmama.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your order number
The product name you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the product (especially if you believe it is defective or damaged)
We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address for returns. Returns sent without an RMA number or to the wrong address may not be accepted.
Ship the eligible, unused item in its original packaging to the address we provide. We strongly recommend that you:
Use a trackable shipping service.
Consider purchasing shipping insurance.
Keep your proof of postage.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or a defective product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please Note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be refunded only the product(s) price.
Restocking Fee: Some returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts/ packaging.
You will be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
We work hard with our suppliers to ensure this doesn't happen, but we know mistakes occur.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@babybabyyesmama.ca.
Provide your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue (e.g., the damaged product, the wrong item in the package).
We will apologize for the error and promptly ship a replacement item to you at no extra cost. In most cases, you will not need to ship the incorrect/defective item back to us, unless specifically requested.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund (including any shipping costs for that item).
We are happy to help with gifted items. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will process the refund to the original purchaser. You will receive a gift credit or exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item (if it is eligible) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days since we approved it:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time to officially post.
