Your family's well-being is our priority, and we are committed to a transparent, reliable, and safe shipping process so you can shop with confidence and focus on what matters most.

1. Processing Time: Getting Your Order Ready

Please note that Baby Baby Yes Mama (BBYM) is an online retailer that works with a global network of trusted, vetted suppliers and manufacturers ("Our Partners") to fulfill orders. This allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality, health-focused products.

    • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. This is the time it takes to prepare your order and send it to our shipping Partner.

    • Verification: Occasionally, we may need to verify your order details to ensure security and prevent fraud, which can take additional time. We will contact you via email if this occurs.

    • Product Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasionally an item may be out of stock. If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you via email within 24 hours with an updated estimated delivery time.


2. Shipping Partners & Methods

We ship products worldwide from our network of Partners, who are primarily located in the United States, Canada, and Europe. This global fulfillment network helps us get your orders to you as efficiently as possible.

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

    • Standard Shipping (Economy): The most cost-effective option. Delivery times vary by destination.

    • Express Shipping (Premium): A faster, tracked shipping service. Ideal for urgent baby needs and health-sensitive products.

Please note: The shipping method you select at checkout applies to your entire order. We cannot ship a single order via multiple carriers.


3. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Important: The times below are estimates only. Shipping times are provided by our carriers and begin once the order has been shipped from the warehouse, after the processing time is complete. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

Please Note: These are general estimates. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, Black Friday), all carriers may experience delays.


4. International Shipping & Customs

    • Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, any customs, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Baby Baby Yes Mama (BBYM) has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

    • Customs Declarations: We are required by law to declare the full value of the package and cannot mark items as a "gift" or understate the value. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@babybabyyesmama.ca.


6. Shipping Confirmation & Address Details

    • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our Partner's warehouse.

    • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will require a new shipping fee. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.


7. Product-Specific Shipping & Important Notices

The health and safety of your baby are our top priority, and that extends to how we ship your products.

    • Fragile Items (Glass Bottles, Monitors, Breast Pumps): These items are packaged with extra cushioning and are clearly marked as "Fragile." Please inspect the outer box of these shipments for any signs of damage upon delivery.

    • Partial Shipments: If your order contains multiple items from different warehouses, they may be shipped separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

    • Shipping Insurance: For your peace of mind, all orders over [e.g., $150] are automatically insured against loss or damage during transit.


8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

    • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@babybabyyesmama.ca with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you and our Partner to resolve the issue promptly.

    • Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.


9. Unforeseen Delays

While we guarantee our standard processing times, final shipping and delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, public health crises, severe weather, labor strikes, or disruptions in carrier services.


10. Returns & Refunds

Please review our separate Refund Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
